Jamilla & Three will pay for your shipping for all orders $120 or over. Because we are constantly changing our product range, this offer is limited and may change.
For orders below $120, delivery is $10 per order Australia wide.
All products are currently fulfilled within 2 business days. Deliveries are sent via Australia Post - Shipping times vary from 3-10 days depending on your location.
We're so confident you'll love our products that if you're not completely satisfied with your choice of product, we'd be happy to have it back, or exchange it subject to the following conditions, fees and charges:
1. Items must be returned within 1 week of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;
2. You must provide your name, phone number and address;
3. The returned items must be unused, with original tags/labels attached.
- All costs associated with returning a purchase due to change of mind is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All orders using AfterPay as the payment will be charged a 5% fee of the total amount refunded, plus a $10 shipping fee.
- Items must be returned in brand new condition, unused, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
- All returns due to change of mind incur a $10 shipping fee.
- If you purchase items to receive free shipping and choose to return one item this will be reflected in your refund, less our $10 flat shipping rate.
- We do not accept refunds for sale items.
- Any discounts or promotional offers that reduced your original purchase will be reflected in your refund.
- If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I return / exchange a product?
1. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your delivery via our contact us page.
2. Carefully package your item, enclose a completed Return Form (Click here to download) with a copy of your receipt attached, affix the correct postage and send it to:
